  • No. I act only for buyers, never for vendors, and I’m never paid by a selling agent for a property I recommend to you. Some agents work both sides, and I see that as a conflict of interest. When you engage me, my one job is helping you buy the right property on the right terms.

  • Yes. Many of my clients are relocating. I inspect on your behalf, send video walk-throughs and keep you across every step, so you can buy with confidence before you’ve moved.

  • Yes, often. Mostly through my relationships with selling agents across the Sunshine Coast. Many will call me before a property goes online, or let me know when something that suits a client’s brief is coming up, and some of these never list publicly. Some owners also come to me directly before deciding whether to list. Not every good purchase is off-market, and I’ll tell you plainly when the best option is one everyone can see.

  • It depends on your brief and the market. Some searches move quickly, others take longer. The appointment runs for 90 days, and if a property isn’t the right fit, I adjust and keep going. You won’t be pressured into anything. If we need more time, we’ll talk it through and agree on next steps together.
