Luke and Bron were transitioning from a country lifestyle to their next family home on the Sunshine Coast, and they knew exactly what that home needed to feel like. Space. Greenery. A gentle outlook, not rooftops and fences pressed in close. A home their son, extended family, and visiting guests could all settle into with ease.

They had lived in the hinterland for years and knew the area well, but Maleny and Witta had become overpriced relative to value.
